Route up there:

How about A419 to Cheltenham
M5 for a bit to J6 Worcester
A449 Kidderminster
A442 Bridgenorth
A4169 Shifnal

Or head towards Wolverhampton & then Shifnal.
I don't know what the roads are like but are willing to give any route a go.

Anyone got any thoughts.
Good to see that Nigel & Lee are coming too - thanks for looking at our points last night

Helen & Carl.

Hi All,

Yes 10.30 at Burbage petrol station is perfect for us.
It looks like the journey is about 3.5 hrs on a steady run and we can cut this down a bit if we do a bit of M5 to between Gloucester & Worcester. Otherwise we can stay on the A38. Can discuss tomorrow morning.
No doubt we will stop some where en-route to stretch legs etc.

Our Derby friends are planning to arrive after school, but have parents reserving them a spot in family camping, so we need to look out for them so we can camp together. Family camping is where we are heading for but I guess we might need to behave when it gets late - always difficult I know.

Looking forward to it. IF any one knows a 'sun-dance' for Saturday can they start now please.

Logging off for now, will look at the forum tonight - Carl's making me paint the underside of the bus again!!!!
Helen xx

Our saluki greyhound, just doesn't seem to be able to hack going round corners, we were trying to break her in gently but with the all VW events shes in at the deep End! Gonna keep all the windows open and the air flowin through the bus sure she will get used to it! :-)

Hi Ron,

Sorry to hear that you've cracked your ribs. If Doctors tell you to rest...don't stop breathing.
As we were somewhat less than sober we didn't realise how badly injured you were. I knew that you landed with a thump.
Hope that you heal up quickly & see you soon

Helen & Carl
